The Village of Pecatonica has received a wastewater treatment works loan under the Environmental Protection Act in the amount of $6,200,000 at zero percent simple annual interest rate.
$3,100,000 of eligible costs are being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 with only one-half of the funds being required to be repaid.
$3,100,000 of eligible costs are being funded from the Water Pollution Control Loan Program.
Ground Breaking of our new Wastewater Treatment Facility is July 14, 2009.
